Domestic Shipping Policy
We use the DPD Next Day Delivery service. All orders placed between Monday – Thursday by 2pm will be shipped the same day and should be delivered to your address the next day. Orders made on Friday are usually delivered the next day however, it can vary depending on the postcode.
All orders made over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Please note that in some circumstances, which are beyond our control, DPD can delay delivery.
The delivery cost for all orders up to £24.99 is £4.99 and free shipping applies on orders of £25.00 and more.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the DPD. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Premium Cat Supplies will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Parcel
If your parcel was missing or if you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will raise the claim with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can make an order over the phone by calling us on 0141 427 1644, and we’ll happily place your order and also answer any questions that you may have.
What payment methods are available?
We have a few payment options available. You can pay by a card or PayPal via our website or by phone if you choose to place your order by calling us.
To make the card payment process more secure, we operate with the Stripe facility which accepts most of cards.
What delivery service is used?
We used the DPD next-day delivery service and we offer free shipping for all orders of £25.00 and over. The delivery cost for orders up to £24.99 is £4.99.
When can I expect my parcel?

What if I am not happy with the product?
We have a 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with our product you can simply return it back to us and we will make a full refund into your bank account. We start the refund process once we have received the returned item.
If you decide to return the item to us, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
What do I do if my order has been stolen or damaged?
All the parcels shipped by us are insured. In the event the parcel was damaged or stolen, please contact us immediately via email email@example.com or by phone number 0141 427 1644. It enables us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
